the location was acceptable because it was near shopping and restaurants.

The room lacked ac, it was very uncomfortable. sheets had dirty and torn. loud noise came from outside. The chanting from temple kept going all day. it made it difficult to rest and sleep.

The location was very convenient, close TO MANY main sights.

I was annoyed that check-in is strictly at 3pm. They charged an hourly fee for ANY early check-in, even just one hour before, at 2pm. There was a small queue at 3pm, I am unsure if this is standard practice. If you want to watch Netflix, you'll need to rent a separate tv box for an EXTRA cost. The staff did not help me set it up, I found this unreasonable.

the hotel's location was certainly convenient. it put me close to the things i needed.

i was disappointed with the nonexistent air conditioning. despite advertising it, the ac only seemed to function in the lobby, leading to a rather uncomfortable and sweaty stay. the noise from outside didn't help matters, with temple chanting carrying on at all hours.

The bathroom lighting was inadequate, specifically around the vanity mirror.

shops and eateries were conveniently attached to the building. The front desk efficiently arranged taxis for shopping trips and airport transfers. I appreciated being steps away from the vibrant insadong shopping street. a gs25 convenience store operated 24 hours on the second floor.

i noticed some hair in the bathtub despite housekeeping's efforts, and behind the sink was visibly dusty.
